India’s Vartika Singh came second runner-up at the Miss Grand International 2015 pageant. The Pageant will be held in Bangkok on 25th October 2015. Anea Garcia of the Dominican Republic won the title while Australia’s Claire Elizabeth Parker was the first runner-up and Parul Shah of the Philippines was the third runner-up.
Vartika also won the sub-contest `Best In Social Media’ among the 78 contestants from all over the world. Vartika said she was proud to have won laurels for the country.“All the other girls addressed me as `India’. Nobody used my name. So the fact that I was representing the country was reinforced every time“
