American golfer Jordan Spieth has won the dramatic US Open by one shot at Chambers Bay. Spieth finished on 5-under 275, and countryman Dustin Johnson had a chance to force an 18-hole playoff, but missed a short birdie putt to hand the title to Spieth. The 21-year-old Jordan Spieth is the youngest U.S. Open champion since Bobby Jones in 1923. He also becomes the sixth man to win the Masters and US Open in the same year, joining Craig Wood, Ben Hogan, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods.
