US mathematician John Nash killed in crash

Nobel prize Laureate, US mathematician John Nash was killed with his wife in New Jersey in a car crash on 24th May 2015. Nash was 86.  He died along his 82-year-old wife Alicia. They were riding in a taxi when the taxi took place.
Earlier this month, Nash and mathematician Louis Nirenberg received Norway’s prestigious Abel Prize for their contributions to the theory of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) and its applications to geometric analysis. The deadly accident takes place at 4:30 pm.
