Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police, CAPFs & Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) in CISF Examination, 2016.

Last Date to Apply : February 5, 2016.

Posts

The Staff Selection Commission will hold an examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Asistant Sub Inspector in CISF on March 20, 2016 (Paper-I) & June 05, 2016 (Paper-I).

NOTE : Candidates selected for appointment for posts of SI in CAPFs and ASI in CISF are liable to serve anywhere in India.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their total marks in the Written Examination in Paper- I & II. Candidates will be recommended for appointment by the Commission on the basis of total marks in the Written Examination. There will be no interview component.

Pay Scale

Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police: The post carries pay scale of Rs.930-3480 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 420 and is clasified as Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police.
Sub-Inspector in CAPFs: (Central Armed Police Forces) The post carries pay scale of Rs 930-3480 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs 420 and is clasified as Group ‘B’ Non-Gazeted, Non-Ministerial.
Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF: The post carries pay scale of Rs.520-2020 in PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 280/- and is classified as Group ‘C’.
