11.HCL Technologies acquired CRM services firm PowerObjects for 299 crore rupees

Global IT services company HCL Technologies on 29 October 2015 acquired PowerObjects, a leading North American provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, for approximately 299 crore rupees.

The acquisition will bolster HCL’s global applications business, which offers transformational programs and complex application management for a multitude of clients’ technology landscapes.

12.India offers to airlift ATF to Nepal

In the wake of China agreeing to supply oil to Nepal, India on Friday offered to airlift Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) to the Himalayan country to beat the ongoing blockade on the border

Reacting guardedly to the agreement between Nepal and China for oil supplies, a “concerned” India said its impact on the future of Indo-Nepal trade has to be seen and hoped that Kathmandu will “sincerely” address the problems which have caused the current situation and that their bilateral relationship will return to its original status

13.Toxic cocktail’ makes Delhi world’s most polluted city

A team of researchers led by the University of Surrey in UK assessed how Delhi’s landscape, weather, energy consumption culture, and growing urban population combines to elevate concentrations of air pollutants, including ultra-fine particles, the most harmful to human health.
