CEO Satya Nadella will be awarded with “Champions of Change Award” by US president Barack Obama for bringing about change within his company to support working families.
Before being named CEO in February 2014, 47-year-old Nadella held leadership roles in both enterprise and consumer businesses across the company. Microsoft has made several changes in its policies towards remote-positioned suppliers who work for the company. They will now be eligible for 15-days of paid leave every year.
