The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) ended Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s five-year ban on entering the Wankhede Stadium, in a Managing Committee meeting.
Matter: The Bollywood superstar was banned for five years from entering MCA premises, including the Wankhede Stadium, by the Association’s Managing Committee, headed by the late Vilasrao Deshmukh, on May 18, 2012 after he was involved in an altercation with a security guard and MCA officials after an Indian Premier League (IPL) match between KKR and Mumbai Indians in 2012.
