Malcolm Turnbull becomes the Prime Minister of Australia

Malcolm Turnbull becomes the 29th Prime Minister of Australia. He has won the election with 44 votes out of 54 consequently defeating the former Prime Minister Tony Abott. On 15th September 2015, Mr. Turnbull on his first Question Time session in parliament, Mr Turnbull paid tribute to Mr Abbott, and said these are “the most exciting times to be an Australian.
