Lt Gen S K Dua took over the reins of 15 Corps to Lt Gen Saha at BadamiBagh, Srinagar-based Chinar Corps from Lt Gen Subrata Saha. Lt. Gen Subrata Saha is taking over as the next Director General Military Operations. Lt Gen Saha will proceed to Army Headquarters in New Delhi to assume the challenging responsibility of the DGMO. On assuming the command, Lt Gen conveyed his greeting to the people of Kashmir and the entire Chinar Corps fraternity.
About Lt Gen Dua
- was commissioned into the Regiment of Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry in December 1979.
- A Graduate of Defence services Staff College, Higher Command Course and National Defence College.
- He has been a Commando Instructor and has also represented the country as the Defence attache in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
