New Zealand pace bowler Kyle Mills has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket, following Daniel Vettori, who quit after the World Cup final. Mills’ dominant 14-years of international Cricket career has come to an end now. Kyle Mills was consistently ranked among the world’s top 10 one-day bowlers throughout his prominent 14-year career. He was also ranked number one for a very long time.
Mills represented New Zealand in 170 One Day Internationals and took 240 wickets. He is the second highest wicket-taker of New Zealand in the limited overs game, only behind Daniel Vettori, who took 297 Wickets. He also took part in three World Cups. Mills also played 42 Twenty20s and 19 Tests for New Zealand.
