The Karnataka State Small Industries Development Corporation (KSSIDC) in partnership with Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA) is organising a udyog mela in Bengaluru on July 31.
The mela will be held from 9 am to 5 pm at the Regional Institute of Co-operative Management, Padmanabhanagar. “About 150 medium and large MNCs and Indian companies are participating. We are expecting around 15,000 to participate at the mela,” said B Gurappa Naidu, Chairman, KSSIDC.
- Udyoga Mela aims at connecting the thousands of unemployed rural and semi urban youth to the opportunities offered by a fast growing economy. The vision is to make the all constituencies in Karnataka model for job creation by creating a platform that connects young job seekers to employers from the private and public sector.
- Recruiters from multiple industries like Dairy, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Automobile, IT, KPO’s, BPO’s, BFSI IT, ITES/BPO, Finance, Banking/Insurance, Telecom, Engineering, Hospitality and Construction will be invited.
