India ranked at 100th position on a global Human Capital Index, compiled by World Economic Forum (WEF), which measures the countries in terms of the economies leveraging their human capital. Finland is on the top among 124-nation list.
Other emerging economies such as Russia, China, Brazil and South Africa are ranked ahead of India.
