Greater Hyderabad received 51% for services, 26% for certification, and 23% for people’s voice, making up its total score.

Greater Hyderabad went from being ranked 275th in 2015 to being named one of the top ten cleanest cities in the country, an achievement that officials are ecstatic about. The improvement in cleaning standards is a result of the combined efforts of the local government and its residents.

T. Harish Rao, a former minister and member of the Siddipet Legislative Assembly, lauded the city’s success as the cleanest in southern India for populations between 50,000 and 1 lakh.

He congratulated the locals and government officials, highlighting their important part in Siddipet’s achievement. Harish Rao praised the cleaning programs, waste management systems, and rubbish collection in Siddipet, saying they should serve as examples for the rest of the country.
