Google is going to build its biggest campus outside United States in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs.1,000 crore. As per the agreement signed between Google and Telangana State Government, a total of  7.2 acre- plot of land being allocated in Gachibowli on the main IT corridor of Hyderabad.  On completion, this will be Google’s first company-owned campus in Asia. This campus will house 13,000 employees by 2019. Google has a technology development center in Hyderabad with a total head count of 6,500 employees.

Google has over 70 offices in 40 countries, including four in India: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurgaon and Hyderabad. The MoU was witnessed by Telangana IT minister K Taraka Rama Rao at the Google headquarters in Mountain View, USA.
