Goldman announced $250 million investment with property developer Nitesh Estates, to form a joint venture.
The details of the joint venture were not disclosed. It is being estimated that Goldman will hold 74%,and Nitesh will be left 26% in the joint venture entity. Goldman Sachs is active in investing across different sectors of the Indian economy.
