For better maintenance of its parks and to facilitate citizen participation in the day-to-day functioning of Delhi Development Authority, the land-owning agency launched an online feedback system on 3rd of August 2015. LG Najeeb Jung inaugurated the website. He also advised DDA to review/audit the application every three-four months.
What’s New?
- This application will provide a window through which citizens can partner with DDA in the maintenance of parks and other greens.
- the application will have a facility wherein photograph will be uploaded by DDA employees after the complaint is addressed.
- The officers of various departments will be held accountable for ensuring that the work is done at the earliest.
