Commerce Secretary Ms. Rita A Teaotia has inaugurated the ‘Advantage Health Care India, 2015” , an international summit on Medical Value Travel in New Delhi to promote healthcare services exports from India. This has been organized by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC).
Government is making effort to promote India as a Premier Global Healthcare Destination and to enable streamlined medical services exports from India which is a unique conglomeration of the 5 T’s – Talent, Tradition, Technology, Tourism and Trade. It will showcase India and its immense pool of medical capabilities as well as create opportunities for healthcare collaborations between the participating countries.
The salient features of the 1st edition of ADVANTAGE HEALTH CARE INDIA – 2015 are Exhibition, Reverse Buyer Seller Meets (RBSM), B-2-B Meetings, Conference, Regional Forums, Knowledge Sharing Program along with Organised Hospital Visits to the visiting Delegations. The event will witness the hosted delegations of more than 500 International Delegates from around 65 countries of Africa, Middle East, West Asia, CIS and ASIA (including SAARC).
