People of Chandigarh are happiest in the country while those of Guwahati are least happy, LG survey reported. “Chandigarh is the happiest city of all and Guwahati is the least happy. Among metros, Delhi is the happiest and Mumbai is least happy,” said the ‘Life is Good’ Happiness Study.
