The Bihar assembly on Tuesday unanimously passed the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Bill, 2015, which would guarantee time-bound redressal of grievances of the common people in the state. Nitish Kumar last week announced that the state government would bring in the bill to confer on every resident of the state a legal right to get his/her grievances redressed within a stipulated time frame.
