Arun Shrivastava appointed as MD & CEO of Syndicate Bank

Arun Shrivastava, the Executive Director of Bank of India, has been promoted to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Syndicate Bank. The post has been lying vacant since the arrest of Jain in August 2014. Jain was arrested by CBI for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 50 lakh for increasing credit limit of some companies.
