Anurradha Prasad conferred with Pt. Haridutt Sharma Award

 Anuradha Prasad the editor-in-chief of News-24 Channel on 15th May 2015 was conferred the “Pt. Haridutt Sharma Award” from Vice President Mohammed Hamid Ansari. Vice President Ansari while conferring the award said that the media persons should always do news reporting in an impartial and responsible manner with objectivity like Anurradha Prasad.

  3. She is a wife of former Minister of State (MoS) for Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Shukla.
  4. She attains Master’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
  5. Her first work was with a popular business magazine, Money Matters.
  6. She is a member of CII and FICCI Entertainment Committee.
  7. She is on the board of Uttaranchal Film Development Council and is an executive member of Film Producers Guild of India.

  2. In his memory, this annual award is given in the field of journalism, writing and social services for the outstanding contribution in their respective field.
